Today, I’d like to take a moment to reflect upon the life of Lucky the Fish. While he will certainly be happy again when he reaches fish heaven and lives with Marlond again, he was among my closest of friends. A good fish that always ate when I fed him, Lucky was more than a fish, he was a personal hero.
Lucky was never afraid to “dig in” and “get his fins a little dirty.” As he used to say was “just part of my DNA.” A quick personal anecdote: About 2 weeks ago, Lucky noticed that Marlond had developed some sort of fungal infection. Out of shear altruism, Lucky began sucking on the quickly spreading spots that covered his dear friend, Marlond’s body.
While his attempts at fungus removal eventually proved futile, it was this very act of heroics that led to his own fungal infection and eventually passing.
Lucky, you were a good fish, a happy fish. May you always Rest In Piece.

Fantastic stuff – Thanks for posting that info, I suspect that it pretty much answers my question.
